Read More Here: "Hollywood, CA (AP)� A large celebrity-studded group of protesters held a demonstration outside the Bruin Theater in West Hollywood today. They were objecting to the 'stereotyped' portrayal of film actors, directors and producers in Ben Stiller's new comedy, 'Tropic Thunder.'
The protest brought traffic to a standstill in this small suburb of Los Angles as fans turned out to see their favorite stars. LA police were forced to set up a detour around the crowded area just to keep things moving in an orderly fashion.
The film had been the subject of controversy even prior to its opening last Wednesday evening. Many in the industry have expressed concern that the film unfairly portrays actors as pampered, difficult and self-centered."
